Bibimbap Soho

July 6th, 2016

Bibimbap is a typical Korean dish, and when translated basically means ‘mixed rice’. Well, I was brought to this place by my friend and my old work colleagues for a last lunch together as I was going off traveling for a bit a few years ago. Anywho, enough about why we went, was it any good Keith!?

Well the answer was a resounding YES! I left the ordering up to Cindy, and I couldn’t have been happier with the spread. We dined on dumplings, kimchi pancakes, battered squid and of course bibimbap!

I have never tried bibimbap before, and it’s pretty cool how the dish is served. They add an egg to the dish, but add it raw… but as the bowl is so hot, the egg cooks quite quickly, before yo eat it. Great place and the price is not too shabby at all. Recommend.
