Day Two of Get Fit or Die Tryin’
Second day in and it’s really not going so well! – My motivation seems to have gone walkabout’s and the temptation to eat crap is worsening. The beginning of this goal has to be the hardest part and I’m really feeling it.
I think why I’m eating unhealthy snacks is because I’m not starting the day with breakfast and I should really be eating more smaller meals to make me less hungry throughout the day so I won’t want to snack as much. If I keep going the way I am, I should quit right now I know!
Anywho, here are my stats for today.
