Day Three of Get Fit or Die Tryin’

Best day so far today. I didn’t eat too much crap and sweated so much with P90x I’m not looking forward to tomorrow’s workout :) – I still didn’t start the day with breakfast, nor eat more smaller meals, but I did eat a nutritious and gorgeous salmon salad meal.

Water Food Exercised Snacks
1 litre consumed. 1 Mandarin, Salmon Salad, nutrigrain bar. P90x / Core Synergistics, 30 minute walk. Some dairy milk chocs, 6 chocolate orange sweets.
