Day Ten of Get Fit or Die Tryin’

Back after weekend and I didn’t go crazy, only had a few nibbles. Didn’t really feel like eating a ton which is good!

Statistics for Today
Water Food Exercised Snacks
2 litres consumed. Oats, Chicken and rice. 25 minutes on Punch bag – The Pit Workout – 30 minutes. Breakfast Sandwich / 2 sausages / 2 rashers, 1 twirl, 2 glasses of Coke.
