Day Four of Get Fit or Die Tryin’

I only managed to do the P90x program today. Today’s workout was Cardio X and It makes you sweat an awful lot. Diet, when am I actually going to eat breakfast? and more meals? I have no idea, tomorrow.. maaaaaybe :)

All in all, I think I’m not doing to badly so far. I’m being realistic and having the odd snack or two isn’t too bad this early on. If I wasn’t trying to get into shape right now I would be down the local shop or supermarket every night and filling the basket with more unhealthy crap that makes me feel terrible after I have eaten it, so yeah not too bad at all :) .

1.5 litres consumed. Ham coleslaw lettuce scallion sandwich with a side of nachos, Veggie bugger. P90x / Cardio X Cappuccino, Ice cream cone with flake, 4 choc eclair sweets, bottle of DR Pepper.
